Rural Community Hubs

Our Rural Community Hubs are place where victims of domestic abuse, their family or friends who are concerned  can seek support and advice. Hubs are held in Boston and across the very rural parts of southern Lincolnshire, where our experienced domestic abuse workers meet and support local victims  – male and female.

In this informal, confidential setting, people can discuss their experiences and concerns with a professional  who understands and can help victims to safety plan and, if they are ready, end the abuse they and their children are experiencing.

What are Rural Community Hubs?

A place where victims, their family or friends who are concerned about them can seek support and advice in Boston and across the very rural parts of Lincolnshire.

Access to services is very poor unless you have use of a car in rural areas.  Many victims are therefore further isolated; in addition, they may not be able to access online provision – the perpetrator may control telephone/internet access.
